FAQ
1- What is the order processing time?
Lead times vary depending on the type of product and the season. Products ready to go or made quickly are in the "Fast departure" section. Products in the "On command" section have a lead time of 3 working weeks. Each product sheet has a link leading you to the production times.
2-Will I have my order in 2 shipments if I order a fast product and a made-to-order product?
No, your order will be sent in a single shipment, when all the products are made.
3-What is the delivery time when the order has left?
Packages are sent with Canada Post or by fast carrier (Nationex, Fed Ex, UPS) according to your choice and at a fixed cost for each.
*Remote areas (Northern Quebec, Gaspésie, provincial borders, etc.) are excluded and are sent by Canada Post. If you absolutely want to receive your package by a fast carrier, it is possible to pay extra. You can contact me by email in this case :)
4-How to choose the right size of slippers?
Refer to the size guide on each product sheet. The slipper sizes indicated correspond to the size of the sole in cm.
5-Is it possible to change the color of the ankles of the slippers?
Yes, it is always possible to have a different variation in the "Personalization" tab of the made-to-order section. You will find possible combinations according to the colors of the season available in the workshop.
6-I'm hesitating between 2 sizes, I'm afraid that one will be too small and the other too big. Is there anything we can do?
As I often answer, I'm the one who holds the rule! It is possible to make an in-between for the sizes. All you have to do is write it in the comments section.
7-Do you make special requests if we can't find the pattern we're looking for?
You can always contact me and according to your request, I will do research. However, I reserve the right to refuse depending on the type of product and whether or not it may subsequently be part of my inventory.
8-Where do the patterns of your fabrics come from?
The patterns are now created by myself, several weeks before the collections are released. They are then sent to be printed by suppliers here in Quebec.
9-Why are there no more pre-orders for covers?
In order to improve the speed of order processing, the next collections are smaller but also ready to ship more quickly. There will therefore be a small quantity of covers in stock, collections in progress. The big sellers of old collections will however be permanent, so it will still be possible to buy them during restocks.
