Magic compress in Minky- Arrows

The perfect little bag to relieve daily aches and tensions. Can be heated to relieve pain or frozen to reduce inflammation. For an increased calming effect, you can add lavender essential oil inside. 

Rectangular: 4’’x 15’’
Tissus: Minky- 100% polyester

Content: Rice grain

Hot compress: microwave for 30-45 seconds. (always test heat before applying bag)

Cold compress: Place in the freezer for 3 hours.  

Care: Clean with a damp cloth, without completely immersing in water (no washer/dryer).
